Best Ever Garlic Bread


I love garlic bread and this recipe is super creamy/cheese-y and awesome. Great side item to any pasta. This recipe should feed 3-4 people.
  • 1/2 loaf of french baguette
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Mix together the above ingredients in a bowl. Cut the french bread in half length-wise. Spread the garlic mixture on both halves of the bread. Place the two sides of the loaf back together and wrap in tin foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove the tin foil from the top and bake another 5 minutes. 
Serve and enjoy!!
